My problem is, with the blank one there's certain thinks it asks for (EORI number, Incoterms, Tax ID/VAT No, Freight and Insurance amounts etc.) that I've never even heard of. I have contacted UPS customer support and they're "unable to retrieve" the commercial invoice they generated but can forward me a blank one. I've tried following the link to print the label again but it only shows me the shipping label, not the invoice. I included three copies with the package as requested, and after that I closed the pop up that contained the auto-generated commercial invoice that UPS creates for you when you buy a shipping label. They're asking me to provide a copy of the commercial invoice, however I do not have this. All was going well but today I received an email saying there was an exception and the message isĪ copy of the invoice is missing from our system I have sent a package via UPS as an individual (it's a gift for a friend in the Netherlands, I'm in the UK, if that's relevant). Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
